POSITIONAL TRAINING

May 31st: Serve & Pass / Setting & Attacking (Choose one or both for the day)
- This camp is split into two training sessions. You may sign up for one or both sessions. Our AM session will focus on serve and pass. Campers will get instruction on improving the effectiveness of the their serve and also reps in bettering their touch on serve receive. Our PM session will focus on setting and attacking. Camper will get to choose which skill to start their training in, however we will all finish together with setter hitter connection work.

June 28th: Defense / Setting & Attacking (Choose one or both for the day)
- This camp is split into two training sessions. You may sign up for one or both sessions. Our AM session will focus on defensive play. Here campers will get training in movement, platform and good defensive technique. Our PM session will focus on setting and attacking. Camper will get to choose which skill to start their training in, however we will all finish together with setter hitter connection work.

→ AM Session Drop Off 9:00AM and PM Drop Off 12:30
→ All Camps will take place in OFEC.
→ AM Session Pick-Up at 12:00PM and PM Pick-Up 3:30
